On October 13th, a delegation from Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) of Russia visited Annec High-Temperature Technology Group to conduct an on-site inspection of Annec’s technical strength and production operation status as a supplier. Li Fuchao, Chairman of Annec High-Temperature Technology Group, Zhang Daoyun, Vice President and Chief Engineer, and Wang Panfeng, General Manager of the Marketing Company, among others, received the visiting delegation.
The delegation successively visited Annec’s production workshops, technology center and exhibition hall. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges focusing on energy-saving and environmental protection technologies for blast furnace hot stoves, intelligent manufacturing of refractory materials and international cooperation, laying a foundation for further deepening cooperation.
At the symposium, Chairman Li Fuchao gave a detailed introduction to Annec’s core advantages in the fields of hot stove technology, refractory material manufacturing and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) general contracting. He emphasized that as a key global iron and steel enterprise, MMK’s technical needs are highly aligned with Annec’s development concept of “green, low-carbon, intelligent and efficient”. With the support of hot stove technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing of refractory products, Annec will continue to provide MMK Steel with full-life-cycle services ranging from design to operation and maintenance.
The MMK delegation stated that Annec’s achievements in the No. 7 blast furnace hot stove renovation project are obvious to all. Through this on-site inspection and exchange, they have gained a deeper understanding of Annec’s technical strength, equipment level and product quality, and are looking forward to in-depth cooperation with Annec in more fields.
The visit of the MMK delegation highlights the broad prospects for technological cooperation in high-temperature materials for the iron and steel industry between China and Russia.
